per l'anno che verrà

Lastlifeintheuniverse_3 My name is Kenji.
This could be me three hours from now.
Why do I want to kill myself?
I don't know...
I wouldn't kill myself for the same reasons as other suicidal people.
Money problems...
Broken heart...
Hopelessness...
No, not me.
Many books say "Death is relaxing."
Did you know that?
No need to follow the latest trends...
No need to keep pace with the rest of the world...
No more e-mail...
No more telephone...
It'll be like taking a nap...
Before waking up refreshed and ready to begin your next life.
That's what they say.
"This is bliss."
(Last Life in the Universe, Pen-Ek Ratanaruang, 2003)

merry xmas (i don't want to fight tonight)

Altra musichetta per allietare (?) le feste sul mio YouTube. Via con il video, via con il temutissimo karaoke di Natale, meglio se dopo dosi abbondanti di zabajone preparato con l'avio dello zippo.
One, two, three, four, let's go:

Merry Christmas, I don't want to fight tonight with...

Merry Christmas, I don't want to fight tonight
Merry Christmas, I don't want to fight tonight with you

Where is Santa? At his sleigh?
Tell me why is it always this way?
Where is Rudolph? Where is Blitzen, baby?
Merry Christmas, merry merry merry Christmas

All the children are tucked in their beds
Sugar-plum fairies dancing in their heads
Snowball fighting, it's so exciting baby

I love you and you love me
And that's the way it's got to be
I loved you from the start
'Cause Christmas ain't the time for breaking each other's hearts

Where is Santa? At his sleigh?
Tell me why is it always this way?
Where is Rudolph? Where is Blitzen, baby?
Merry Christmas, merry merry merry Christmas

All the children are tucked in their beds
Sugar-plum fairies dancing in their heads
Snowball fighting, it's so exciting baby

Aw, yeah, yeah, yeah

I love you and you love me
And that's the way it's got to be
I loved you from the start
'Cause Christmas ain't the time for breaking each other's hearts

Merry Christmas, I don't want to fight tonight
Merry Christmas, I don't want to fight tonight
Merry Christmas, I don't want to fight tonight with you

i wrote a book about rock and roll

The Things They Left Behind, in italiano Le voci delle cose, e la trovate qui.
Allegria, allegria, allegria.
PS: vera allegria, o comunque grande godimento, domenica 17 dicembre con i See Emily Draw. Andare & ascoltare.

il carter hotel mi ha rubato la voce e regalato una febbre che fa ricordare tutto (tutto quanto)

Hotel1 HELLO, COULD YOU PLEASE HOLD FOR A WHILE?
I’M ON THE TOILET IN THE GAP WITH A HEROIN SMILE
MAYBE I’VE GONE TOO FAR
MAYBE I CALL IT QUITS
I JUST WANNA BURN STRAIGHT THROUGH ALL REGRET
SO IF YOU SLEEP TONIGHT, I HOPE YOU’RE SAFE AND WARM
AND IF YOU WAKE UP SCARED
I HOPE YOU’RE NOT ALONE
(Matthew Ryan, Babybird)
